- Time recording: Fundamentals of time management, business structure, work schedule, part-time workforce, recording and administration of time data, counting attendance and absences, attendance and absence quotas, functionality of the time administrator’s workplace.
- Payroll management: General description of payroll, payroll data, payroll elements, payroll process, SuccessFactors core employee payroll, basic payroll concepts, personnel calculation rules, payroll start, valuation of the salary type, valuation of absences, selection of the type of salary by time, payroll factoring, average processing.
